Tiffany’s expertise in Science and Education helps her to fully appreciate the application of Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation as vital energy modals for healing. With a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, a Master of Arts in Chemistry, and an Educational Specialist in Curriculum & Instruction, Tiffany is able to fully integrate Science into the energetics of Spiritual Development.

Tiffany comes with an impressive teaching portfolio, which includes a 21-year teaching experience on the high school level and a 14-year teaching experience on the University level. She has facilitated learning to high school students in various areas including Anatomy & Physiology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, and Zoology. She has also taught General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Biochemistry to Chemistry and Nursing students on the University level.

To expand upon these impressive accomplishments, Tiffany has also developed herself as one of Atlanta’s premier Reiki Master Teachers. For 10 years she has trained in and become attuned to various Reiki lineages including Sekhmet Reiki, Seichim Reiki, Usui/Holy Fire III ® Reiki, and Reiki Shiki Ryoho. She has trained and attuned over 70 people in these various lineages of Reiki and has also educated the community on the amazing benefits of Reiki during various workshops, radio shows, and magazine features. In 2017, Tiffany created a unique opportunity to spread the benefits of Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation when she started the Georgia 501(c)(3) Nonprofit, Healing Hands Reiki & Spiritual Development, Inc. The mission of the Nonprofit is to empower individuals to participate in their own healing process through the integration of Reiki Yoga, and other conscious living classes, into health care systems and community-based organizations. The goal of Healing Hands Reiki & Spiritual Development Inc. is to foster a caring and supportive wellness community that educates and encourages an optimal life, in which individuals consciously utilize and become intune with their inborn abilities to heal, live in balance, and connect with Indigenous Spiritual practices and the Ancestors.

As the Founder and current CEO, Tiffany has taken on vital roles within the organization to facilitate an expansion of healing within the community. Since 2017, she has taught Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, she has led monthly Reiki Shares, and she has used her Biochemistry background to develop multiple therapeutic cosmetics to aid in Spiritual Development, from soaps, oils, bath salts, whipped shea butters and creams. Tiffany is a lifelong learner who continual works on her own spiritual development. She completed her initial Yoga teacher training under Micelle Young of My Vinyasa Practice. In January 2020, Tiffany started a new journey of healing with her Ashtanga Yoga practice under the direction of Todd Roderick at Ashtanga Yoga Atlanta (AYA). Since 2021, she has assisted Todd in Mysore classes and has assisted Brice Watson in the New Beginner Ashtanga Classes. Tiffany now has been teaching the New Beginner Ashtanga Classes since 2022. Her Ashtanga Yoga practice has helped her to stay focused and disciplined during her own personal journey towards healing.

To stay grounded in good character, Tiffany remains close to her own Indigenous Spiritual practices and the Ancestors. Tiffany has realized her destiny and purpose in life as a facilitator of knowledge in various energetic healing modals including Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation. Her dynamic ability to teach and hold space for others provides an opportunity for students to share and realize their own salvation and to become intune with their inborn abilities to heal and live in balance.

Kevin Monroe is a multifaceted individual whose life embodies a deep commitment to service, leadership, and continuous personal growth. Born and raised in a close-knit community, Kevin’s journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence in every endeavor he undertakes.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a prominent nonprofit organization, Kevin brings a unique blend of financial acumen and strategic vision to the table. His role involves overseeing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and optimizing resources to maximize impact. Through his leadership, Kevin has played a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and expanding the organization’s reach to better serve those in need.

In addition to his responsibilities as a CFO, Kevin is also the owner of Monroe & Brooks Inc., a thriving company specializing in flooring installation and janitorial services. Under his guidance, Monroe & Brooks Inc. has earned a reputation for delivering innovative solutions tailored to clients’ needs, contributing to their long-term success and sustainability.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Kevin is deeply committed to giving back to his community. As a Youth Challenge Academy Mentor, he devotes his time and expertise to empowering young people to overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, and pursue their dreams. Through mentorship and guidance, Kevin strives to instill in the next generation the values of resilience, determination, and integrity, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Despite his busy schedule, Kevin remains grounded in his passion for aviation and technical expertise. Alongside his roles in finance and mentorship, he also works as an Aircraft Mechanic at Lockheed-Martin, a leading aerospace and defense company. Through his hands-on work in aircraft maintenance and repair, Kevin demonstrates his commitment to excellence and precision, ensuring the safety and reliability of cutting-edge aviation technology.

Throughout his career, Kevin Monroe has exemplified the power of service, leadership, and continuous learning. Whether navigating the complexities of finance, guiding aspiring young minds, or maintaining the highest standards of technical proficiency, Kevin’s dedication to making a positive impact on the world serves as an inspiration to all who have the privilege of knowing him.

Todd Roderick has been a dedicated student of Ashtanga Yoga since 1995 and is the most experienced Ashtanga instructor in the Southeastern US. Beginning in 1997, Todd spent more than a year (over the course of multiple trips) studying at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India. During his time there, Todd studied directly with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois in the old shala when classes were limited to only twelve students. In 1998, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois gave Todd direct permission to teach the Ashtanga Yoga system. Todd continues to be authorized by Sharath Jois/KPJAYI. Todd also studied at the Ashtanga Yoga Center with Tim Miller while living in San Diego in 1998/99 and under Rolf Naujokat in Thailand in 2007. In addition, Todd has been devoted to the practice of Vedic chanting for the past 15 years and in 2004 was certified to teach this ancient practice by Sri Swamini Mayatitananda. His extensive study in India, over 25 years of teaching experience and 27 years of dedicated Ashtanga practice demonstrate Todd’s commitment to being a traditional Ashtanga Yoga instructor. Inspired by the wealth of transformation and well-being that Ashtanga Yoga brought into his life, Todd strives to preserve yoga’s ancient tradition, maintaining its potency and life-changing potential. In addition to his love of Ashtanga Yoga, Todd has over 25 years of experience in healthful cooking, specializing in South Indian cuisine. He is also an accomplished musician in the Flying Mystics, dedicated visual artist, and avid organic gardener. Todd has over 25 years of in-depth study in herbalism, nutrition, and natural healing. Additionally, Todd is a serving director of The Mysore Foundation, a non-profit organization created to serve those affected by poverty and rescuing Indian Pariah dogs in Mysore, India, and Atlanta, GA.

Board Member: Brice Elizabeth Watson

Brice first discovered yoga in London, England, in 2001 at the age of 18.  She started to take a more serious approach around 2006 while living in Los Angeles, CA.  After feeling a need to dive deeper into the philosophical practice of yoga, Brice began a daily ashtanga practice in 2010. In 2013, Brice became a student of David Garrigues of Philadelphia, PA. David, being only one of 47 certified to teach by the late Pattabhi Jois, deepened Brice’s understanding of the sacred yoga text, Sanskrit study, and pranayama and Vedic chanting. In 2015, Brice made her first extended trip to Mysore, India, and became a student of Paramguru Sharath Jois (grandson of the late Pattabhi Jois) at KPJAYI. In 2017, Brice was blessed and granted authorization to teach the ashtanga method by her teacher, the Paramguru. Brice is only one of three people honored to be authorized to teach in the state of Georgia. At present, she is also the only female authorized in the state of Georgia. Always a student, Brice continues to take annual trip to India to further her study at KPJAYI.

Brice’s intention in her teaching is to bring the power of philosophy into the asana practice, a philosophy that has changed her life and is the foundation of yoga. She is honored to have the privilege to share what she’s been given and strives to hold the highest integrity, discipline, and devotion in the yoga room.

Brice lives in Atlanta, GA. Brice also runs The Mysore Foundation, a non-profit, with KPJAYI authorized teacher Marque Garaux (Great Lakes Ashtanga). With The Mysore Foundation, they work tirelessly to provide for children living in poverty in India and continue to rescue street dogs (India Pariah Dogs).

Board Member: Victor Jones

Baba Victor’s interest in the Yoruba/Ifa culture began while attending St. Paul Baptist Church in Brooklyn, New York. He participated in many spiritual practices and rituals that helped develop his intuition and spiritual knowledge. Shortly after, he was introduced to Iya Yafe in 2003, who became his Godmother in Ifa.  She was very instrumental in his spiritual development. In 2004, he received a spiritual reading from Baba Wande Abimabola, the spokesperson for Ifa. The reading revealed the necessity for him to travel to a place of Ancestry. The following year in 2005, he traveled to Nigeria and became initiated into the Ancestor Society by Baba Wande Abimabola. It was there where he received the Priest name, Ojewale, which means “Ancestor Come Home.” 

In 2010, he returned to Nigeria to be initiated by Baba Wande Abimbola again, into the secret society of Ifa Priest. He was given a priest name of “Ifamuyiiwa”, which means “Ifa has brought this one!” Baba Victor is truly humbled by Olodumare (God) to be a student of Ifa.
