Hello there! My name is Adashia Reed and I often get asked why I chose Reiki healing. Honestly, I didn’t choose it; Reiki chose me.
I set out on a mission of self-discovery in 2021 by asking “What is my purpose?”. I feel like my purpose is to make this world a better place. After making this discovery I started on another mission of trying to figure out how I could implement this purpose. After traveling a very curvy (and sometimes dark) road, someone mentioned Diane Stein’s book “Essential Reiki” and it was a life changer.
After reading her book, I was able to connect the dots; this is how I make the world a better place! I may not be able to save the world, but I realize that we are ALL connected and by uplifting one it uplifts the whole collective. After making this discovery I decided to train with Diane Stein. I received all 3 of my attunements from her and became a Reiki master on August 28, 2022.
After returning from this weekend, I decided to walk out on faith and quit my job of 8 years as a mail carrier to pursue my new career; I am now a professional light worker and I illuminate the world daily!
